Role: HR Intern
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and screening resumes through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed and other portals
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Assisting in end-to-end recruitment process
- Maintaining candidate database and daily reports
- Assisting with HR operations, onboarding and employee engagement activities
- Posting job openings on various job portals
Who Can Apply:
- Pursuing / Completed Graduation in any stream
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi
- Available for on-site internship in Noida Sector 2
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Self-motivated, eager to learn and can join immediately
- Candidates from Noida / Delhi / Ghaziabad preferred
