Sales Representativ

Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Sales Representative at Design Daily. The Sales Representative will engage prospective and existing clients, introduce Design Daily’s offerings, and build relationships that support growth in subscriptions, partnerships, and creative services. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting outreach via email, calls, and virtual meetings, qualifying leads, presenting solutions aligned with client needs, and closing opportunities. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, collaborating with marketing to align messaging, and providing feedback on client trends and market opportunities. The Sales Representative may support virtual training or product walkthroughs for new clients to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal teams.
Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive client experience.
Sales skills for prospecting, lead qualification, product presentation, and closing deals.
Training skills to guide clients through features, onboarding processes, or basic product use.
Sales Management skills to organize pipelines, track performance metrics, and support growth strategies.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic digital sales platforms; experience in creative or design-related industries is a plus.
