Company Description Tower Family Support Services is a behavioral health organization dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality mental health care to individuals, families, and communities. The organization emphasizes culturally responsive services, with particular attention to meeting the needs of diverse and multilingual populations.
Hiring: Bilingual (Bengali) Licensed Therapist (LMSW/LCSW)
Our New York-based agency is seeking a Bengali-speaking LMSW or LCSW for a fully remote position with immediate onboarding next week.
Compensation:
LCSW: $50–$70/hr, based on experience
LMSW: $35–$50/hr, based on experience
Role Requirements:
Must be fluent in Bengali to provide clinical support and assessments for our peer-companion programs.
Core Responsibilities:
Conduct initial client assessments and develop treatment plans.
Authorize Peer Support hours based on clinical needs.
Perform bi-weekly progress monitoring and ensure all clinical documentation is complete.
Remote: 100% Work from Home
Schedule: Flexible (Weekdays/Weekends)
