Senior Data Analyst / BI Developer (ETL & Power BI)

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and integrate data from Tally ERP, POS systems, Excel/CSV files, SFA systems, and in-house applications.
Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and management reports for sales, finance, inventory, manufacturing, and logistics.
Create data models, fact and dimension tables, and standardized KPIs across business units and countries.
Develop advanced DAX measures for revenue growth, margins, variance analysis, and MTD/QTD/YTD reporting.
Perform data validation and reconciliation between source systems and Power BI reports.
Optimize dashboard performance and automate data refresh processes.
Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) for multi-country and multi-entity reporting.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
5–10 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or BI Development.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and SQL.
Practical experience in ETL, data integration, data transformation, and data modelling.
Experience building interactive dashboards with drill-down, drill-through, filters, and KPIs.
Hands-on experience integrating Tally ERP/TallyPrime data with Power BI through ETL or other data integration methods.
Experience working with multiple data sources and reconciling financial and operational data.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Tally ERP, retail POS systems, SFA platforms, and ERP integrations.
Knowledge of Python, SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or other ETL tools.
Experience with financial reporting, sales analytics, inventory, manufacturing, or supply chain dashboards.
Exposure to multi-country reporting, currency conversion, and large datasets.
Understanding of Power BI Service, scheduled refresh, and Row-Level Security.
