Project Management – Global Operations

The role involves managing global projects related to clinical trials, sourcing and procurement, vendor management, and clinical supply chain operations within the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry. The candidate will coordinate with international stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams across multiple countries to ensure efficient sourcing, timely procurement, regulatory compliance, and smooth execution of clinical trial supply activities. The role requires experience in global project management, supplier identification and evaluation, contract coordination, supply chain planning, and compliance with applicable pharmaceutical and clinical research standards.
Qualifications
Manage global projects related to clinical trials, sourcing, procurement, and supply chain operations.
Coordinate with international teams, vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders across multiple countries.
Identify, evaluate, and manage global vendors and suppliers for clinical trial requirements.
Oversee sourcing and procurement activities, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and progress reports.
Ensure compliance with applicable global regulations, quality standards, and organizational policies.
Coordinate with clinical operations, pharmaceutical teams, procurement, quality assurance, and logistics.
Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, contractual obligations, and service quality.
Identify project risks, resolve supply chain challenges, and implement corrective actions.
Maintain project documentation, procurement records, vendor assessments, and compliance reports.
Manage communication with international stakeholders across different time zones.
Identify opportunities to improve global sourcing strategies, procurement processes, and operational efficiency.
and Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Clinical Research, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management within the pharmaceutical, clinical trials, clinical research, or healthcare supply chain industry.
Experience in global sourcing, procurement, and international vendor management.
Understanding of clinical trial supply chain processes and applicable regulatory and compliance.
Experience coordinating projects and suppliers across multiple countries.
Strong skills in project planning, stakeholder management, risk assessment, and reporting.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant project management or procurement tools.
