1. Role Description
We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Physiotherapist (BPT) to join our team at Align and Thrive by Dr. Deepak Rathore, Pune. This role offers an opportunity for both fresh graduates and early-career physiotherapists to develop their clinical skills and gain practical experience in a professional clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct patient assessments and identify musculoskeletal and functional problems.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings.
Deliver physiotherapy treatments, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other appropriate rehabilitation techniques.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
Educate patients regarding exercises, posture, ergonomics, and injury prevention.
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
Communicate effectively with patients and team members.
Maintain professional standards, ethical practices, and a patient-centred approach.
2. Qualifications and Requirements
Education: Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) from a recognized institution.
Experience: 0–2 years of experience. Freshers are welcome to apply.
Location: Candidates currently residing in Pune will be preferred.
Skills: Good communication, clinical assessment, patient-handling skills, willingness to learn, and a professional attitude.
