Role Description The Technical PM – AI & Workflows role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end AI and workflow automation initiatives, including requirement gathering, solution design, implementation planning, and cross-functional coordination. The Technical PM will work closely with engineering, data, product, and business stakeholders to define project scope, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of AI-driven workflow solutions aligned with client and internal objectives. Day-to-day activities include creating project plans, managing risks and dependencies, tracking progress, facilitating stand-up meetings, and ensuring clear communication across teams. The role also involves evaluating new AI technologies and workflow tools, driving continuous improvement in processes, and ensuring that solutions are robust, secure, and scalable.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills, including problem-solving, data interpretation, and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and produce clear documentation.
Proven Program Management experience, managing multiple related projects or workstreams in AI, automation, or digital transformation.
Solid Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and delivery tracking using standard methodologies and tools.
Demonstrated Team Leadership capabilities, fostering collaboration, accountability, and performance within cross-functional project teams.
Experience working with AI/ML solutions, workflow automation platforms, or enterprise process orchestration tools is highly beneficial.
Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and common project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project) is preferred.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Background in consulting, shared services, or global business services environments is an advantage.
