Min. 2-3 years of experience, preferably in Financial Services/ Banking/ FMCG/ Retail.
Qualification
Any Graduate/P.G.
Reporting To
Manager –(Product & Marketing)
Summary Role Profile/Job Responsibilities
Responsible for incentives/ Payouts calculation
For DMAs - monthly / quarterly basis
For Dealers payout
For Contest payouts
Preparing & publishing MIS on pre-defined frequency
Co-coordinating with field, Finance, IT stakeholders for various activities.
Aligning with Finance team for running automated payout reports for timely payment to DMAs & Dealers.
Responsible for dealer portal management and Dealer Invoice process
Identifying of enhancements in system to make payout more robust process
UAT for enhancement in applications (MIFIN, Dealer portal, ICRM etc.,)
Resolving field queries by co-ordinating with other functions like Finance, IT, Ops
Manpower productivity for DMA, CSM & ASM on monthly / quarterly basis
Planning and sending communication to dealers, field as per management requirement
Skill set required
Very Good Excel Skills (Professional level – large data base)
Good Presentation skills
Good analytical capability.
Experience of working on dealer/ channel payout processing or large data processing.
Knowledge on Acquisition system, CRM applications are desired.
