About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Claims Processing Specialist to join our dynamic team at ControlExpert GmbH. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and processing vehicle damage claims, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in every case. Your responsibilities will include assessing damage reports, coordinating with repair shops and insurance providers, and utilizing our advanced automation tools to optimize the claims workflow. Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a relevant degree in insurance, automotive technology, or a related field. Proven experience in vehicle claims processing or insurance claims management is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are essential. Proficiency in using claims management software and automation tools is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners. Fluency in English is required, and additional language skills are considered an asset.
Responsibilities
