Fashion Designer & Merchandiser Intern with PPO
Location: Rajouri Garden, New Delhi
Type: Full-time Internship with PPO
Duration: 6 months
Modo Caldo is looking for a Fashion Designer & Merchandiser Intern who is creative, organised and highly attentive to detail, with a strong eye for fashion and an excellent command of fashion illustration.
What You’ll Do
Assist in the end-to-end management of production, from sampling and sourcing to final garment completion.
Assist with designing and developing collections, including research, concept development and garment detailing.
Create high-quality fashion sketches and technical illustrations for designs and production.
Coordinate with vendors, artisans and production teams to ensure timely execution and quality.
Assist in managing stockists, including inventory, orders, dispatches and communication.
Maintain production, sampling and merchandising records and ensure smooth coordination across teams.
What We’re Looking For
Strong fashion design fundamentals and exceptional sketching skills.
Good understanding of garment construction, fabrics and finishes.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
A sharp eye for detail and a genuine interest in fashion.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on studio environment.
PPO: Candidates demonstrating strong design ability, ownership, consistency and performance during the internship may be offered a full-time position with Modo Caldo.
