Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Kanpur. The Graphic Designer will create visual concepts and designs for digital and print materials, including social media graphics, marketing collateral, and brand assets. Responsibilities include developing logos and brand identities, selecting and applying appropriate typography, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating with the team to understand project requirements, refining designs based on feedback, and preparing final files for production or digital use. The Graphic Designer is expected to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain a high standard of visual quality.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to produce clean, professional visual assets.
Experience in Logo Design and Branding to create and evolve cohesive brand identities.
Proficiency in Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and readability in various formats.
Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent).
Ability to interpret briefs, translate concepts into visual designs, and respond constructively to feedback.
Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work on-site in Kanpur in a collaborative environment.
Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
A portfolio demonstrating a range of design work, including logos, branding, and typographic compositions.
