We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hospitality portfolio, including luxury villas and hotels. The ideal candidate will have strong operational expertise, leadership skills, and a guest-first mindset, along with the ability to manage teams, maintain service standards, and drive overall property performance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the overall operations of villas and hotels, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
Manage housekeeping, front office, guest relations, maintenance, reservations, and other operational departments.
Supervise and lead property teams, ensuring accountability, productivity, and service excellence.
Handle guest concerns, resolve escalations, and maintain high guest satisfaction standards.
Develop and implement SOPs to maintain consistent service quality across all properties.
Monitor occupancy, revenue performance, operating expenses, budgets, and profitability.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and revenue management teams to improve occupancy and business performance.
Ensure properties are well-maintained, with regular inspections and timely maintenance.
Manage vendor relationships, procurement, inventory, and cost control.
Ensure compliance with hospitality standards, safety regulations, and applicable statutory requirements.
Prepare operational reports, performance updates, and business reviews for management.
Take ownership of overall property performance, team development, guest experience, and operational efficiency, in line with General Manager-level responsibilities.
Identify opportunities to improve revenue, streamline operations, and enhance the overall guest experience.
Requirements
Proven experience in hotel, resort, villa, or hospitality property management.
Strong leadership, team management, and operational planning skills.
Good understanding of hotel operations, housekeeping, guest relations, budgeting, and revenue management.
Ability to manage multiple properties and handle operational challenges independently.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
A guest-centric approach with a strong focus on quality and service standards.
Experience managing luxury villas and boutique hotels will be an advantage.
