Role Description The Production Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role supports day-to-day production activities, including coordinating schedules, assisting with set preparation, organizing equipment, and helping manage logistics during shoots. The Production Assistant will collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth operations, maintain clear communication between departments, and provide support to cast and crew as needed. Additional responsibilities include handling basic administrative tasks, assisting with quality checks on deliverables, and responding to internal and external queries to support efficient project workflows.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Production Assistance and basic on-set coordination.
Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control, with attention to detail in reviewing footage and deliverables.
Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Candidates should possess skills in Editing at a basic level, and familiarity with common post-production tools is an advantage.
Candidates should possess strong Teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks on tight timelines.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on production schedules.
Prior experience in film or media production is preferred; a diploma or degree in film, media, communications, or a related field is beneficial.
