B2B Sales Representative (Remote, Commercial Cleaning Contracts)

Steadfast Commercial Cleaning is a U.S. company in Columbus, Ohio. We're hiring our first B2B sales representative to sell commercial cleaning contracts to U.S. offices, dental practices and medical clinics. Remote, full-time.
This is full-cycle B2B selling. You own each deal from first contact to signed contract:
• Cold-call businesses and reach the person who decides on cleaning
• Book a walkthrough, which our local cleaner attends
• Send the quote and follow up for as many weeks as it takes
• Close the contract
What you'll need
• 2+ years selling to businesses (B2B), including deals you closed yourself, not only meetings you booked for others
• Results you can describe with numbers: targets, deal sizes, contracts signed, commission earned
• A former manager or client who can confirm a deal you closed (we ask before any offer)
• Organised follow-up over weeks, using a CRM or tracker
• Clear spoken English on the phone
• A computer, a wired headset, backup power and a second internet connection
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time (2:00–8:00 p.m. in Lagos now; 3:00–9:00 p.m. after the U.S. clock change on November 1)
Probably not the right fit if your experience is mainly appointment setting for someone else to close, retail or store sales, or customer service. Those are real skills, but this role needs someone who closes business deals.
Strong backgrounds include: business development or corporate sales in fintech, banking, telecoms, insurance, logistics, security services, software, advertising or office equipment.
Pay
• $400–450 USD per month base, depending on verified B2B experience, paid weekly in U.S. dollars
• Rises to $600 a month after your first signed client or at day 90, whichever comes first
• 30% of each new client's first-month billing, paid once their first invoice is paid
• $15 for every qualified walkthrough you book that takes place
• $40 a month power and data allowance
