About the Role We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to plan, coordinate and deliver multiple projects in line with business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders and leadership to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
Key Responsibilities •
Plan, manage and oversee end-to-end delivery of programs and related projects
• Define program scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables and success metrics
• Coordinate with project managers, technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Identify, track and mitigate program risks, issues and dependencies
• Manage program budgets, resources and forecasting
• Monitor progress, prepare status reports and present updates to senior leadership
• Drive governance, documentation and compliance with defined processes
• Ensure quality standards are met and benefits are realized at program closure
• Lead, mentor and support project teams to achieve high performance
• Manage client and stakeholder expectations through clear and regular communication
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, IT or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management
• Proven experience managing multiple projects or large-scale programs
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong planning, budgeting, risk management and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence or similar
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, onsite team environment
Good to Have
• PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certification (CSM, SAFe)
• Experience in IT, software delivery or technology-driven programs
• Exposure to change management and process improvement
