About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team at ITOL Recruit. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill a variety of client vacancies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of various industries, and the ability to build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Candidates should demonstrate excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Prior experience in sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events, is highly desirable. A thorough understanding of employment laws and best practices in recruitment is also important.
Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across multiple channels.
Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions.
Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs through proactive sourcing and networking.
Conduct reference checks and background verifications to ensure candidate credibility.
Negotiate employment offers and facilitate onboarding processes for new hires.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve hiring strategies.
Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals to enhance the company's talent pool.
