Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment operations, manage a recruitment team, and ensure timely closure of positions across the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong hiring expertise, team-handling skills, and a stable career history.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets within defined timelines.
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers and business teams.
Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Monitor recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-joining ratio.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Manage candidate pipelines, recruitment MIS, and regular hiring reports.
Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future hiring requirements.
Ensure quality hiring while maintaining recruitment efficiency and team productivity.
Required Skills & Qualifications
57 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Proven experience in team handling and recruitment operations.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Good career stability with a consistent employment history is preferred.
