About the role We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented finance professional to join our Founder's Office — someone who can own core accounting and reporting while supporting fundraising, investor relations, and banking partnerships. This is a high-visibility seat with direct exposure to the Founder and strategic decision-making.
What you'll do 🔹 Accounts & Finance – Day-to-day accounting, financial statements, MIS, cash flow, budgets, reconciliations, and GST/TDS compliance; coordinate audits and due diligence. 🔹 Investor Relations & Fundraising – Build investor decks and financial models, manage data rooms, and support due diligence and investor information requests. 🔹 Banking & Lender Relationships – Liaise with banks and NBFCs for working capital and term loans; handle loan documentation, CMA data, stock statements, debtor ageing, renewals, and lender compliance. 🔹 Strategic Support – Partner with the Founder on financial analysis, business performance tracking, forecasting, and key initiatives.
What we're looking for ✅ B.Com / Finance / Accounting graduate — CMA, CA Inter, or MBA (Finance) is a plus ✅ 3–4 years in accounts & finance, ideally in NBFC, banking, or financial services ✅ Strong in MS Excel and Tally / Zoho Books / SAP ✅ Solid grasp of working capital management, lender reporting, and banking operations ✅ Sharp analytical, communication, and documentation skills — and the discipline to handle confidential information with integrity
