About The Role
The Technical Lead Full Stack Developer role is a pivotal position within the company's engineering team. This hands-on leadership role involves guiding the technical delivery of complex digital products from conception through to deployment and ongoing support. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to architect, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance SaaS platforms. The role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, innovation, and quality assurance, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of security, performance, and maintainability.
As a technical leader, you will influence the technical direction, set best practices, and mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive background in full-stack development, with over 10 years of experience in software engineering. A minimum of 5 years working extensively with JavaScript and TypeScript is essential. Candidates should have a proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale SaaS platforms, demonstrating expertise in system architecture, scalability, and performance optimization. A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong knowledge of modern development methodologies, including CI/CD, DevSecOps, and automated testing, is required. Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills are vital, along with a passion for engineering best practices, security, and performance. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS, and experience working with microservices, Vue.js, Redis, SQL Server, and Snowflake will be highly advantageous.
Responsibilities
Lead the technical delivery of software projects within a high-performing development team, ensuring timely and quality releases.
Contribute to solution design, system architecture, and domain modeling to create scalable and maintainable software solutions.
Develop proof-of-concept prototypes and explore complex or uncertain technical areas to mitigate risks.
Break down requirements into manageable epics and user stories, collaborating with product managers and stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
Write, review, and deliver production-ready code across the full technology stack, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
Ensure high levels of code quality, security, performance, and maintainability through rigorous testing and code reviews.
Support live systems post-deployment, troubleshooting issues and implementing improvements as needed.
Influence and define technical standards, tooling, and best practices across the engineering team to foster continuous improvement.
Mentor junior team members, encouraging knowledge sharing and professional development.
