Do you love discovering beautiful places, have an eye for great visuals, and know how to turn a stay into an experience people want to book?
We’re looking for a Travel Curator to join Sorted Stays and help shape the digital presence of our growing portfolio of resorts, villas, and unique getaway properties.
We’re building a brand that helps people discover exceptional stays while helping hospitality businesses strengthen their brands, reach the right audiences, and drive bookings.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
1. Social Media Management
• Plan, curate, and manage content calendars across Instagram and other social platforms.
• Manage the day-to-day social media presence of our partner properties.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity and engaging presence for every brand.
2. Content Creation & Visual Curation
• Select, curate, and edit photographs that showcase each property's spaces, experiences, and ambience.
• Write engaging captions that inspire people to discover, enquire about, and book a stay.
• Create simple reels, short-form videos, and social media creatives.
• Work closely with our in-house photographers, videographers, and editors to make the most of professionally produced content.
3. On-Camera & UGC Content
• Be comfortable in front of the camera and create natural, engaging, UGC-style content for Instagram Reels and other social platforms.
• Showcase properties, experiences, and unique features through relatable videos and storytelling.
• Present stays in a way that helps potential guests imagine themselves experiencing them.
• Contribute creative ideas for on-camera content that feels authentic, engaging, and suited to each property's audience.
4. Building the Sorted Stays Brand
• Help establish Sorted Stays as a go-to name for discovering exceptional getaways.
• Create content that showcases our portfolio and inspires people to explore the properties we represent.
• Develop a distinctive visual and written voice for Sorted Stays across social media.
• Identify opportunities to grow our visibility, engagement, and audience.
5. Influencer Collaborations
• Identify relevant travel creators and influencers for our partner properties.
• Coordinate collaborations, property visits, and content deliverables.
• Build relationships with creators whose style and audience align with each property's positioning.
6. Content That Drives Discovery & Bookings
• Understand what makes each property special and translate it into compelling content.
• Highlight the experiences, amenities, and details that make a stay worth booking.
• Monitor content performance and learn what resonates with the audience.
At Sorted Stays, content isn't just about posting pretty pictures. It's about helping people discover places, fall in love with them, and want to experience them.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We'd love someone who:
• Genuinely enjoys travel, hospitality, and discovering unique stays.
• Has a strong sense of aesthetics and an eye for beautiful imagery.
• Understands visual storytelling and what makes content engaging.
• Can write clear, compelling captions and communicate ideas effectively.
• Is comfortable using Instagram and other social media platforms.
• Is confident and comfortable in front of the camera, with an interest in creating UGC-style videos.
• Can handle basic photo editing and create simple reels or short-form videos.
• Is organised, proactive, and capable of managing a content calendar independently.
• Can coordinate professionally with property teams, influencers, and our internal production team.
• Is resourceful, creative, and excited about helping build a growing brand.
Good to have: Familiarity with Adobe Lightroom, Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools. Experience in travel, hospitality, lifestyle, content creation, or social media marketing is a plus.
You don't need to be a professional photographer or videographer. We already have an in-house production team to support you. What matters most is your creative eye, initiative, storytelling ability, and willingness to get in front of the camera.

ROLE DETAILS
Location: Bengaluru
Compensation: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on skills and experience
Experience: Open to candidates with relevant skills, a strong portfolio, and a genuine interest in travel and content.
