Role Description The Marketing Team role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. Team members will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for real estate projects, including preparing promotional materials, coordinating events, and assisting with digital and offline outreach. Daily responsibilities include engaging with potential clients, gathering and analyzing market information, supporting sales initiatives, and maintaining consistent brand messaging across channels. The role involves close collaboration with sales and operations teams to ensure marketing activities align with business goals and help drive lead generation and customer engagement.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze trends and support campaign planning.
Candidates should possess Sales skills to assist in lead generation, follow-ups, and converting prospects into clients.
Candidates should ideally have knowledge of real estate or related industries, along with basic proficiency in digital marketing tools and MS Office.
Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work on-site, collaborate in a team environment, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced market.
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
