About the role
We’re looking for a UI & UX Designer to translate Choose Kind into a cohesive, beautiful, and high-converting digital experience — starting with our Shopify website and extending to campaigns, emails, and other digital touchpoints.
You will own the look, feel, and usability of our online store, ensuring every interaction reflects our brand values of kindness, play, and sustainability while driving discovery, engagement, and sales.
What you’ll do
Shopify Website UI/UX: Design and optimize end-to-end flows for homepage, category pages, PDPs, cart, and checkout on Shopify; improve navigation, filters, search, and mobile experience to boost conversion.
Translate Choose Kind into a Digital World: Define and evolve the digital expression of our brand — typography, colour, imagery, tone, and micro-interactions — so the website and all digital assets feel unmistakably “Choose Kind.”
Visual Design & Campaign Creatives: Create on-brand campaign visuals, landing pages, banners, pop-ups, email templates, and ad creatives that support launches, festivals, and storytelling.
Website Maintenance: Own ongoing website updates — adding new collections, updating banners and content, fixing UX issues, coordinating with developers/agencies for theme changes, speed, and basic SEO hygiene.
What you’ll bring
2–5 years of experience in UI/UX and visual design, with strong hands-on work on Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms (D2C, fashion, lifestyle, or retail preferred).
Strong portfolio showing e-commerce website design, campaign pages, and visual creatives (Figma links / live URLs / Behance).
Proficiency in Figma (or Sketch/Adobe XD) and comfort with Shopify theme customization (sections, blocks, basic Liquid understanding is a plus).
Good eye for typography, layout, colour, and imagery with a fashion/lifestyle sensibility.
Ability to balance aesthetics, usability, and business goals(conversion, AOV, retention).
Comfortable managing multiple requests and quick turnarounds in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment.

Work setup
Work from office role based in Sector 8, Noida.
Working days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Fast-paced D2C fashion setup with frequent launches, campaigns, and tight turnarounds.
