Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities
• Build and maintain Django applications: models, migrations, views, Django REST Framework APIs and admin customisatio
• Develop responsive web frontends with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery and Bootstrap; React where a project calls for i
• Build and ship Flutter apps for Android and iOS that consume the Django APIs, including Play Store and App Store release
• Work with relational databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL): schema design, queries and performance fixe
• Integrate third-party services such as payment gateways (Razorpay), SMS/WhatsApp, email and client system
• Deploy and maintain projects on Ubuntu servers (Nginx, Gunicorn) and handle basic server troubleshootin
• Take features from requirement to delivery: estimate, build, test, fix bugs and support after go-liv
• Use Git for version control and follow the team's branching and code-review practice
• Work directly with the founders and client stakeholders to clarify requirements and demo progres
Required skills and experienc
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience building and shipping Django projects (not only tutorials or college projects
• Strong Python fundamentals and solid understanding of Django ORM, migrations, authentication and the request/response cycl
• Experience building REST APIs with Django REST Framewor
• Good hold on frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery and Bootstrap; comfortable turning a Figma or screenshot design into working page
• Working knowledge of Flutter and Dart: at least one Android/iOS app built and tested on real devices, ideally publishe
• Comfortable with SQL (PostgreSQL or MySQL) beyond basic CRU
• Git and GitHub/GitLab workflo
• Able to debug independently, read existing codebases and pick up new modules quickl
• Clear written and spoken communication in English and Hindi; able to explain technical issues to non-technical client
• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT or a related field (or equivalent practical experience
