Job Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Job Responsibilities
✅ Manage leads, customer data, and sales pipelines using CRM software
✅ Make outbound sales calls to potential customers
✅ Explain company services and generate business opportunities
✅ Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers
✅ Update call records, lead status, and customer information in the CRM
✅ Handle customer queries and maintain regular communication
✅ Track follow-ups and coordinate with the team to achieve sales targets
Requirements
✅ Good communication and convincing skills
✅ Basic computer knowledge and confidence in using software
✅ Familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn
✅ Ability to manage customer records and handle sales calls
✅ Organized, proactive, and target-oriented approach
✅ Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
