About the Role
Echelon Apparels Private Limited is looking for a passionate and skilled Cook specialising in healthy, fresh, and nutritious food preparation.
The ideal candidate should have experience preparing café-style meals, healthy bowls, sandwiches, wraps, and smoothies, with a strong focus on taste, presentation, hygiene, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare a variety of healthy and nutritious meals, including:
Açaí Bowls – Fresh fruit and superfood-based bowls.
Yogurt Bowls – Greek yogurt, granola, fruits, and healthy toppings.
Salad Bowls – Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.
Wraps – Healthy vegetarian and non-vegetarian wraps.
Sandwiches – Freshly prepared vegetarian and non-vegetarian sandwiches.
Fruit Smoothie Bowls – Blended fruit bowls with creative toppings.
Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, portion sizes, and presentation.
Ensure proper food handling, storage, cleanliness, and kitchen hygiene.
Manage daily food preparation and ingredient requirements.
Monitor ingredient freshness and minimise food wastage.
Assist in developing new healthy recipes and menu variations.
Maintain an organised and efficient kitchen environment.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Cook, Café Chef, Commis Chef, or Healthy Food Chef.
Knowledge of preparing healthy meals, smoothies, salads, wraps, and sandwiches.
Ability to prepare both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.
Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
Creativity in food presentation and plating.
Ability to work independently and manage kitchen operations.
Passion for healthy food and willingness to experiment with new recipes.
