Punekar Cotton is looking for a detail-oriented and financially sound professional to manage our end-to-end accounting, GST compliance, financial reporting, and expense management.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage end-to-end accounting, including sales, purchases, payments, receipts, and bank reconciliation.
Maintain accurate books of accounts, balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports.
Handle GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, input tax credit reconciliation, e-invoicing/e-way bills where applicable, and filings through the official GST portal.
Monitor cash flow, budgets, business expenses, and working capital.
Analyse expenses, identify unnecessary costs, and suggest practical ways to reduce expenditure.
Track where the company's money is being spent and provide regular financial reports to management.
Ensure timely tax compliance, proper documentation, and coordination with auditors, consultants, and banks.
Maintain financial records and ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations.
What we're looking for :
CA Inter/Bcom/ PG in Finance or Commerce. Solid grounding in bookkeeping, reconciliations, GST and TDS. Comfort with loan documentation, cash flow, budgeting and cost control. Strong Excel and accounting software skills.
