We are hiring an Automotive DFMEA Facilitator with experience in automotive product development, design risk management, and DFMEA activities.
📍 Location: Bangalore
💼 Experience: 5–10 Years
🏢 Work Mode: Work from Office
⏳ Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities
Conduct and facilitate Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA).
Identify potential design failures, risks, and their effects.
Coordinate with cross-functional engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams.
Prepare and maintain DFMEA documentation, review records, and approval records.
Support design reviews and Design Verification & Validation (DV&PV) activities.
Track risk-reduction actions and ensure timely closure.
Ensure compliance with AIAG-VDA FMEA methodology and IATF 16949 requirements.
Support engineering change management and quality reviews.
Required Skills
Strong experience in DFMEA and FMEA.
Hands-on experience in DFMEA facilitation and documentation.
Automotive Electrical/Electronics (EE) system-level DFMEA experience.
Knowledge of AIAG-VDA FMEA methodology.
Understanding of design reviews, risk management, and change management.
Basic knowledge of ISO 26262 Functional Safety and ISO 21434 Cybersecurity.
Knowledge of automotive product development processes.
