Position Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct end-to-end recruitment for both IT and functional roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and tailor recruitment reports to meet specific needs.
Manage vendor relationships, including engaging with recruitment agencies, negotiating contracts and tracking vendor performance.
Review and analyze resumes, conduct initial phone or video interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers while managing communication throughout the recruitment process.
Manage salary negotiations, and provide market insights to ensure competitive compensation.
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics to report on hiring progress and effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
4-8 years of experience in recruitment, with expertise in hiring for both IT and
functional roles.
Strong experience in vendor management, including working with external
recruitment agencies and tracking performance.
Proven success in recruiting across multiple domains, including software
development, engineering, data science, HR, finance, and operations.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and sourcing tools.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build
relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Familiarity with recruitment best practices, including diversity hiring and
maintaining a positive candidate experience.
