Role Description The Information Technology Professional will work on-site in the Pune Division in a full-time capacity. This role involves managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including networks, systems, and hardware, to ensure stable and secure operations. Daily tasks include monitoring system performance, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, applying security best practices, and supporting end users with troubleshooting needs. The professional will collaborate with team members and stakeholders to implement upgrades, document processes, and contribute to IT projects that improve service quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Information Technology and practical experience with IT systems and infrastructure.
Demonstrated skills in Network Administration and Network Security for managing and protecting organizational networks.
Proficient in Troubleshooting, with the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Effective Customer Service skills to support internal users, communicate clearly, and provide timely assistance.
Relevant academic background such as a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Familiarity with operating systems, basic scripting, and common enterprise tools and applications.
Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, manage priorities, and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or similar) are an advantage.
