Role Description The Electrical Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical projects from inception to completion. This full-time, on-site role is based in Gujarat, India and involves managing project schedules, budgets, resources, and quality standards while ensuring compliance with applicable codes and safety regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing electrical designs, supervising contractors and site teams, tracking progress, resolving technical issues, and preparing project documentation and reports. The Electrical Project Manager will liaise with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to align expectations, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. The role also involves supporting continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing workflows, and contributing to best practices in electrical project management.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Electricity and practical understanding of electrical systems and components.
Candidates should possess expertise in Electrical Engineering and Electrical Design for planning, analysis, and implementation of projects.
Candidates should possess experience in Electrical Contracting, including coordination with contractors, vendors, and site teams.
Candidates should possess solid Budgeting skills for cost estimation, financial tracking, and resource allocation.
Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Candidates should possess experience managing electrical projects, preferably in commercial or industrial settings.
Candidates should possess strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams.
Candidates should possess familiarity with relevant electrical codes, safety standards, and local regulations in India.
