About The Role
We are seeking a talented Data Engineer (m/w/d) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing modern data platforms in cloud environments, developing intelligent solutions using state-of-the-art technologies, and contributing your technical expertise to exciting client projects. Your work will lay the foundation for valuable insights and demonstrate how data can generate tangible business value. You will work closely with our consulting teams to develop scalable data architectures, create robust data pipelines, and deliver innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs. Qualifications
Completed degree, vocational training, or comparable qualification in IT or related fields, or practical experience in similar roles.
Proficiency in Python or other programming languages, along with strong SQL skills.
Experience in data modeling and working with both relational and non-relational data sources.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is advantageous.
High affinity for complex data structures and strong contextual understanding.
Excellent communication skills in German.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Design, implement, and monitor complex data management solutions within cloud environments, ensuring scalability and security.
Develop and maintain cutting-edge data architectures and structures, utilizing technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, Fabric, and dbt.
Create and optimize data integration pipelines to seamlessly combine data from various sources, establishing a unified data foundation for analysis.
Collaborate with clients to understand their data requirements, providing expert advice and conducting workshops on data architecture best practices.
Implement robust ETL/ELT processes, ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance with industry standards.
Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in data engineering, continuously enhancing your skillset and applying new insights to projects.
Participate in agile project teams, contributing to planning, development, and delivery phases, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
