Role Description The Warehouse Executive role is a full-time, on-site position located in Mumbai. The Warehouse Executive will oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, checking, and storing goods, as well as coordinating packing and dispatch operations. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring proper labeling and documentation. The role also involves communicating with internal teams and customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any issues that arise. The Warehouse Executive is expected to uphold safety standards, keep the warehouse clean and organized, and support process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Warehouse Management and Inventory Control skills to handle stock movement, storage, and record-keeping accurately.
Candidates should possess Packing skills to ensure goods are packed, labeled, and prepared for dispatch securely and efficiently.
Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with teams, respond to customer queries, and manage order-related issues professionally.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory or ERP software are beneficial.
Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, handle physical tasks, follow safety procedures, and manage time effectively.
