Senior Retail Sales Advisor

JUSTDOGS is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Senior Retail Sales Advisor to join our retail team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine love for pets.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Attend to walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable pet products.
Sales & Upselling: Drive store sales through product recommendations, upselling, cross-selling, and achieving sales targets.
Spa Bookings: Manage pet grooming and spa appointments, coordinate with groomers, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Online Orders: Handle online orders, coordinate order processing, and ensure timely fulfilment.
Home Deliveries: Manage customer home delivery requests and coordinate with delivery personnel.
Store Operations: Maintain product displays, monitor stock availability, and ensure store cleanliness and organisation.
Customer Relationships: Build lasting customer relationships, encourage repeat purchases, and promote customer loyalty.
Requirements
Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a senior sales or customer-facing role.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and selling skills.
Ability to upsell products and achieve sales targets.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing/POS systems.
Ability to multitask and manage store operations efficiently.
Must love pets and be comfortable handling and interacting with dogs and cats.
Previous experience in pet retail is an advantage.
