Zimman Media is a TikTok LIVE Creator Network partner. U.S.-based creators are welcome, with preference for those in the Pacific Time Zone, as we are based in the Seattle area.

Zimman Media partners with creators on TikTok LIVE to help them build audiences, develop their streaming skills, and explore monetization opportunities.
As an official TikTok LIVE Creator Network partner, we offer practical training, creator guidance, performance insights, and ongoing support to help creators grow. You don't need to be an established influencer or experienced streamer to get started. We're interested in people who are willing to learn, show up consistently, and build a community around their interests.
Role Description
We're looking for motivated, engaging individuals interested in becoming or growing as TikTok LIVE creators.
As a creator with Zimman Media, you'll host livestreams, interact with viewers in real time, develop your personal brand, and work toward improving your content and audience engagement with support from our network.
Your LIVE content can focus on conversations, Q&As, gaming, music, art, lifestyle, education, hobbies, entertainment, or your own unique interests. Whether you're brand new to livestreaming or looking to improve your existing channel, we'll help you explore ways to develop your skills and make the most of your LIVE experience.
This is an independent creator opportunity, not a traditional employment position.
What You'll Do
Host Regular Livestreams
Go LIVE consistently and establish a streaming routine that fits your schedule.
Develop engaging content around your personality, interests, talents, or expertise.
Experiment with topics and formats to discover what resonates with viewers.
Engage Your Audience
Respond to comments, welcome viewers, and encourage real-time conversation.
Build a welcoming community that gives people a reason to return.
Acknowledge virtual gifts appropriately without pressuring viewers to spend money.
Explore collaborations, co-hosting, and LIVE battles when suitable.
Learn and Improve
Participate in available training, coaching, and creator strategy sessions.
Review relevant performance insights and work toward improving engagement and retention.
Apply feedback, test new ideas, and develop your on-camera confidence.
Participate in the Creator Network
Explore eligible TikTok LIVE events, campaigns, challenges, and collaborations.
Communicate with your network contact when you need guidance or support.
Follow TikTok's Community Guidelines, LIVE policies, and applicable monetization rules.
Who We're Looking For
This could be a great fit if you are:
Interested in livestreaming, social media, or building an online community.
Comfortable on camera or willing to develop that confidence.
Friendly, conversational, entertaining, informative, or passionate about something.
Motivated to learn, improve, and stream consistently.
Open to feedback and able to work independently.
Interested in exploring creator monetization without expecting guaranteed results.
New creators are welcome! You don't need thousands of followers, expensive equipment, or previous LIVE experience.
Experience with TikTok LIVE, gaming, art, music, hosting, social media, OBS, TikTok LIVE Studio, or other streaming platforms is helpful, but not required.

There is no agency membership fee, and Zimman Media does not take a cut of your TikTok LIVE gift earnings as an agency fee. Access to specific resources and programs may depend on eligibility and availability.

Compensation and Schedule
Independent Creator | Flexible Schedule
You manage your own streaming schedule and content. This opportunity may suit someone looking to explore livestreaming, build a personal brand, develop a side-income opportunity, or grow a community around an existing passion.
Eligible creators may earn through TikTok LIVE monetization features, including virtual gifts and applicable reward programs, subject to TikTok's requirements and terms.
There is no guaranteed income, and earnings depend on eligibility, audience participation, individual performance, and platform rules. This is not a salaried or hourly position with Zimman Media.
