As part of Maxivision, we are looking for a dynamic, hands-on Center Head to lead our Bandra West centre.
Key Responsibilities
· Own the centre’s business performance and revenue targets in line with the approved AOP.
· Oversee day-to-day hospital operations and ensure smooth coordination across OPD, diagnostics, counselling, OT, pharmacy and optical services.
· Track key operating metrics, including OPD footfall, surgeries, investigations, revenue, counselling and surgery conversion, and take timely corrective action.
· Improve patient experience by monitoring waiting times, patient feedback, complaints and service quality across the patient journey.
· Coordinate surgical operations, OT utilisation, scheduling, patient preparedness, documentation and infection-control practices.
· Maintain facility standards, housekeeping, equipment uptime, preventive maintenance and a safe, patient-friendly environment.
· Ensure compliance with NABH quality standards and applicable statutory requirements; maintain documentation, audits, licences and compliance trackers.
· Manage manpower planning, duty rosters, attendance, staff discipline, training and performance across departments.
· Monitor inventory and consumables, including IOLs, medicines and surgical materials, ensuring appropriate stock levels and controls.
· Coordinate with TPA, insurance, CGHS and corporate billing teams to support timely approvals, documentation and claim follow-up.
· Support marketing, referral-doctor engagement, camps and other local initiatives to grow patient footfall and surgery volumes.
· Review daily business and operational reports, identify gaps and drive accountability and continuous improvement.
Ideal Candidate
· Experience in hospital/healthcare operations, preferably in a hospital, eye-care centre or multi-specialty clinical setting.
· Strong understanding of business metrics, patient flow, operational controls and team management.
· Exposure to NABH, quality assurance, statutory compliance and hospital documentation.
· Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
· A hands-on, patient-centric leader who can balance business outcomes with quality and service standards.
