Your Responsibilities
Coordinate architectural, structural, and building services models.
Review models for clashes, missing information, and alignment with project requirements.
Organise model exchanges, issue logs, and coordination reviews.
Follow up with design teams on actions, revisions, and outstanding questions.
Maintain BIM procedures, naming conventions, and shared project information.
Prepare concise updates on model status and coordination risks.
Your Experience
Experience in BIM coordination, digital construction, or multidisciplinary design is preferred.
A relevant degree or equivalent practical experience is welcome.
Familiarity with model authoring and coordination tools, model review, and project workflows is valuable.
Clear communication, organisation, and attention to detail will help you succeed.
Working Style
This hybrid, part-time role is based in the UAE, with flexible hours arranged around model reviews and project milestones.
You’ll collaborate with design and delivery teams while taking ownership of coordination follow-through.
