Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Amritsar. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings and 3D models, and ensuring designs meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with clients to understand needs, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and producing detailed construction documents and specifications. The role involves overseeing design integration across disciplines, monitoring project progress, and supporting site visits to address design-related questions. The Architect will also participate in project planning, cost awareness, and quality control to help deliver projects on time and within scope.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to create functional, safe, and visually compelling spaces.
Experience with Integration and Software Development in the context of architectural workflows, such as BIM tools, design software, and digital collaboration platforms.
Demonstrated Project Management capabilities, including planning, coordination, and tracking milestones across multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar), and familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a related field, with relevant professional experience in architectural practice.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and engage with clients and contractors.
Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced project environment.
Licensure or eligibility for architectural registration is an advantage; prior experience in commercial or residential projects in India is beneficial.
