Role Description The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of security-focused digital projects, coordinating timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves planning project scope, tracking progress, managing risks, and ensuring projects meet quality, budget, and schedule targets. The Project Manager will collaborate with technical teams working on web development, security assessments, and cloud solutions, aligning requirements and resolving issues. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing status reports, facilitating meetings, managing vendor and client expectations, and supporting continuous improvement of project processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to monitor deliverables, follow up on outstanding tasks, and ensure timely completion.
Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify project outputs against requirements, standards, and security best practices.
Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate resources, scheduling, and dependencies across teams and vendors.
Relevant experience in IT, software development, or cybersecurity projects is highly beneficial.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
