About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with strong hands-on experience in developing scalable, secure, and maintainable web applications using C#, .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core Web API, and Angular 15+ in an Agile development environment.
The candidate should have experience working in an offshore development team based out of India and prior experience in a customer-facing role.
Mandatory Skills / Non-Negotiable Skills
Minimum 6 years of hands-on Full Stack Development experience
Strong hands-on experience in C# and .NET 8 or above
Strong experience with ASP.NET Core and Web API
Strong hands-on experience with Angular 15 or above
Strong experience in developing Rich UI Web Applications
Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and API integration
Strong understanding of OOP concepts – Abstraction, Encapsulation, Inheritance, Polymorphism, Interfaces and Composition
Strong understanding and practical application of SOLID principles and Clean Code
Good knowledge of Design Patterns – Repository, Dependency Injection, Factory, Strategy, Adapter, Mediator
Good understanding of Authentication, Authorization, Exception Handling, Logging and Secure Coding
Good understanding of Microservices, distributed application architecture, scalability, resiliency and performance
Good understanding of TDD and Unit Testing
Experience working in an Agile development environment
Prior experience in a customer-facing role
Experience working with an offshore development team based out of India
Good to Have
Good knowledge of SQL and ORM
Experience with Jasmine / Karma
Experience with JIRA, Bamboo and Bitbucket
Experience in Micro Frontend (MFE) architecture
Experience integrating UI applications with backend APIs
Exposure to Azure / AWS / GCP
Experience in technical problem-solving and design thinking
Ability to guide and mentor project teams on technical aspects
Relevant certifications in UI technologies, AI, .NET or Cloud are an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable and secure full-stack web applications.
Develop robust backend services using C#, .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core and Web API.
Build rich and responsive UI applications using Angular 15+.
Design and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
Apply SOLID principles, design patterns and clean-code practices.
Implement authentication, authorization, exception handling, logging and secure coding practices.
Perform unit testing and follow TDD practices.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with offshore/customer-facing teams.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.|
