This is a hands-on role where you will work on real client projects, explore new tools, and take ownership of solutions from research and development to implementation.
What You Will Do
Build AI agents and intelligent workflows using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and other LLM platforms.
Develop AI-powered solutions using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), document intelligence, knowledge bases, and LLM integrations.
Build and manage automations using n8n, Make, Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath, and similar platforms.
Integrate different applications, CRMs, ERPs, accounting systems, databases, and third-party services using APIs and webhooks.
Work with MCP (Model Context Protocol) to connect AI models with tools, external systems, and business data.
Explore and work with emerging technologies such as OpenClaw and other AI agent frameworks.
Develop backend services, scripts, and custom automation logic using Python and other relevant technologies.
Work with databases, data processing, web scraping, document extraction, and structured or unstructured data.
Build dashboards, reporting solutions, and data visualizations using Power BI or other relevant tools.
Develop and support custom web applications, internal tools, and backend integrations whenever required.
Research technical challenges, evaluate different approaches, and implement the most practical and reliable solution.
Test, debug, document, and maintain solutions to ensure they work reliably in real-world business environments.
Communicate progress, technical challenges, and implementation decisions clearly.
Technical Skills and Experience
We are interested in candidates with hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas.
AI and LLMs
Claude AI, ChatGPT, GPT APIs, and other LLMs
AI agents, agentic workflows, prompt engineering, and tool calling
RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and knowledge retrieval
MCP, AI agent frameworks, and AI-powered application development
Responsible use of AI coding assistants for research, development, and debugging
Workflow Automation and RPA
n8n, Make.com, Zapier
Microsoft Power Automate
UiPath or other RPA platforms
Workflow orchestration, business process automation, and error handling
Development and Integrations
Python and API integration
REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, JSON, and data transformation
Backend development and database management
SQL and relational or NoSQL databases
Git, debugging, testing, and basic deployment practices
Additional Skills
Power BI and dashboard development
Web scraping and data extraction
OCR and intelligent document processing
Integration with CRM, ERP, accounting, and other business applications
Basic web application development and cloud deployment
You do not need to be an expert in every technology listed above. However, you should have genuine hands-on experience building projects in at least some of these areas and be willing to learn the rest.
