Senior Solution Architect - Finacle Core Banking

Role Description The Senior Solution Architect – Finacle Core Banking is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role is responsible for designing end-to-end solution architectures for Finacle Core Banking implementations and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business requirements, technical standards, and regulatory guidelines. The individual will work closely with banking clients, business analysts, and technical teams to translate business processes into scalable Finacle solutions, oversee integration with surrounding systems, and guide software development activities. Day-to-day tasks include conducting solution workshops, preparing high-level and detailed design documents, reviewing technical specifications, and providing architectural governance throughout the project lifecycle. The role also involves supporting pre-sales activities, advising on best practices, resolving complex technical and integration issues, and mentoring project teams to ensure successful delivery.
Qualifications
Strong Solution Architecture skills, including experience designing complex Finacle Core Banking solutions and defining scalable, secure system architectures.
Consulting abilities to collaborate with stakeholders, conduct requirement workshops, and provide strategic guidance to banking clients.
Hands-on Software Development experience in relevant technologies and frameworks used in Finacle implementations, with the ability to review and guide technical designs.
Integration expertise in connecting Finacle with channels, middleware, and third-party systems, using standard integration patterns and APIs.
Business Process knowledge of core banking operations and workflows, with the ability to map business needs to Finacle functionalities.
Extensive experience in core banking or financial services technology, preferably with multiple Finacle implementation or upgrade projects.
Ability to work on-site in Chennai, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and provide architectural leadership in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications in solution architecture or enterprise architecture are an advantage.
