Director

Role Description The Director at Zeetron Networks Pvt. Ltd. will provide strategic leadership across consulting, solutions, services, and training in network infrastructure and cyber security. This role will oversee business development, client relationships, and key enterprise and government accounts, ensuring high-quality delivery and long-term partnerships. The Director will lead cross-functional teams, define and refine service offerings, drive operational excellence, and ensure alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include setting organizational goals, managing budgets, guiding technology roadmaps, mentoring senior staff, and representing the company in strategic forums and external engagements. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur.
Qualifications
Demonstrated leadership experience in network infrastructure, cyber security, or related IT consulting environments, with a track record of managing senior teams and complex projects.
Strong strategic planning, business development, and client management skills, including experience with enterprise and government customers.
Solid understanding of internetworking technologies, security architectures, and IT security lifecycle management; familiarity with converged networks, firewalls, and threat management is highly beneficial.
Ability to translate technical concepts into business value, make data-driven decisions, and guide technology roadmaps and service offerings.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to represent the organization in high-level meetings and industry events.
Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; professional certifications in networking or cyber security (e.g., CCIE, CISSP, CISM) are an advantage.
Proven capability to work on-site with cross-functional teams in Jaipur and willingness to engage in hands-on oversight of operations, training, and client delivery.
