Hiring: National Sales Manager – Non-CNC & Industrial Automation

Key Product Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for developing Pan-India business for:
1. Grinding Machine Controllers – CNC grinding applications and machine-tool OEMs.
2. Laser Controllers – Laser cutting, welding and marking applications.
3. Press Brake Controllers – Sheet-metal bending machines.
4. Pipe & Tube Bending Controllers – Industrial pipe and tube bending applications.
5. Woodworking Controllers – CNC routers, wood cutting and processing machines.
6. SPM Controllers – Special Purpose Machine controllers and customized automation applications.
7. Servo Motors & Drives – Motion control, servo systems and related industrial applications.
8. Flexible Automation Business – Customized machine automation, motion control solutions and new industrial applications.
Key Responsibilities
* Independently develop and manage sales across India.
* Identify and establish relationships with machine manufacturers, OEMs, system integrators and industrial customers.
* Develop dedicated dealers and channel partners for different product categories and regions.
* Generate new business opportunities beyond conventional CNC lathe and VMC applications.
* Understand customer applications and propose suitable Syntec controllers, motors and drives.
* Coordinate with Syntec Taiwan HQ for technical support, product development and strategic pricing.
* Build a strong sales pipeline and achieve annual revenue and profitability targets.
* Identify opportunities to replace competing controller brands through technical and commercial solutions.
* Conduct product demonstrations, technical seminars and customer training programs.
* Travel extensively across India to develop and support customers.
Candidate Requirements
* 10–12 years of experience in industrial automation, machine-tool controllers, motion control or OEM sales.
* Strong existing network among machine manufacturers and industrial automation companies across India.
* Experience selling controllers, servo motors, drives or machine automation solutions.
* Technical understanding of PLC, CNC, servo systems and industrial applications.
* Proven track record of independently developing new markets, appointing dealers and achieving sales targets.
* Commercially strong, technically capable and willing to travel extensively.
* Experience in multiple product categories is preferred; expertise in every listed product is not mandatory.
Preferred Background
Candidates currently working in machine-tool automation, CNC controller manufacturing, servo/motion control, industrial automation or specialized machine solutions.
