Senior Yacht Charter Broker (Remote)

Are you already working with HNW or UHNW clients and looking for a stronger platform to grow your charter business?
Mystique Yachts is seeking experienced, entrepreneurial yacht charter brokers with an existing client network, active leads, or established industry relationships.
This is a commission-only position designed for professionals who can originate charter enquiries and want the freedom to work independently while leveraging the support, fleet access, marketing, and operational expertise of a growing luxury charter company.
Important: This role is not suitable for candidates without an existing client base, active leads, or proven business development capability.
What You'll Do
• Generate charter opportunities through your existing network and industry relationships
• Build and manage long-term relationships with HNW and UHNW clients
• Guide clients through the charter process from enquiry to booking
• Introduce new business opportunities, including charter enquiries and Central Agency prospects
• Grow your personal brokerage portfolio while benefiting from the Mystique Yachts platform

Essential Requirements
✅ Existing book of charter clients, family office relationships, UHNW contacts, luxury travel clients, or active charter leads
✅ Proven ability to generate business independently
✅ Experience in yacht charter, luxury travel, hospitality, concierge, private banking, family office services, or private client management
✅ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
✅ Fluent English
✅ Professional, self-motivated, and results-driven
