Electrical Engineer / Quality Engineer

Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Electrical Engineer / Quality Engineer to support electrical engineering projects, product quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing electrical designs, evaluating technical specifications, monitoring quality standards, and ensuring that engineering activities comply with applicable requirements. Duties include analyzing electrical systems, supporting equipment testing and inspections, identifying technical issues, and recommending effective solutions to improve reliability, safety, and performance. The role also involves developing and maintaining quality documentation, reviewing inspection reports, investigating non-conformities, and coordinating corrective and preventive actions. The candidate will collaborate with engineering, production, operations, and project teams to resolve technical concerns, improve processes, and maintain consistent product quality. Additional responsibilities include assisting with project planning, evaluating test results, preparing technical reports, monitoring quality indicators, and supporting internal and external audits. The ideal candidate will contribute to efficient engineering operations by applying sound technical judgment, systematic problem-solving, and established quality management practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Strong understanding of electrical systems, engineering principles, and technical documentation.
Knowledge of quality assurance, quality control, inspection procedures, and testing methodologies.
Familiarity with engineering standards, safety requirements, and quality management systems.
Ability to interpret electrical drawings, technical specifications, schematics, and engineering reports.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to identify quality issues, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
Familiarity with technical reporting, data analysis, and continuous improvement techniques.
