Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Product Specialist based in New Delhi. The Technical Product Specialist will provide front-line technical support for hearing and speech-related devices and solutions, including configuring products, demonstrating their use, and helping clinical teams resolve technical issues. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software problems, coordinating with manufacturers or vendors when needed, and maintaining accurate documentation of service activities.
💼 Experience
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in hearing aid devices or a related technical field.
• Strong knowledge of hearing aid technology, device features, and product functionality is essential.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Demonstrate hearing aid devices and explain their features and benefits.
• Provide technical support and assist with hearing aid troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with audiologists and clinic teams regarding product-related queries.
• Support product trials, device handling, and customer demonstrations.
• Stay updated on the latest hearing aid technologies and product advancements.
• Assist the team in delivering an excellent customer experience.

• Good understanding of hearing aid devices and their technical features.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical product information clearly.
• A customer-focused approach with a willingness to learn.
• Must have a personal laptop.
• Must have a personal two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
• Basic understanding of sales & marketing and customer handling.
