Sales & Marketing Specialis

Role Description The Sales & Marketing Specialist is a part-time, remote role responsible for driving customer engagement and supporting revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with prospective and existing customers, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable products or services. The specialist will assist with sales campaigns, follow up on leads, and provide basic customer support to ensure satisfaction. Additional responsibilities may include coordinating online training or product demonstrations, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and collaborating with team members to improve sales processes and marketing outreach.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, respond to inquiries, and build long-term relationships.
Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to handle leads, close deals, and support basic pipeline tracking.
Ability to deliver Training related to products, services, or processes in a clear and accessible manner.
Basic understanding of marketing principles and online tools to support remote outreach efforts.
Comfort working independently in a remote setting, with reliable internet access and time-management skills.
Prior experience in sales, customer support, or marketing is preferred but not strictly required.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
