Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support informed decision-making.
Candidates should possess Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to gather, document, and translate stakeholder needs into clear specifications.
Candidates should possess Business Process skills to evaluate current workflows, design improvements, and support process optimization initiatives.
Candidates should possess Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present findings, and facilitate stakeholder alignment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field; a master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are an advantage.
Several years of experience in business analysis or a similar role, preferably in diversified or service-oriented organizations.
Proficiency in using business analysis tools and productivity software (e.g., MS Excel, PowerPoint, process mapping tools).
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results within agreed timelines.
