About the Role:
Found My Job is seeking a driven and versatile Social Media & Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day agency functions, client engagements, and social media execution. This role is fully on-site at our Thane office and calls for a professional who thrives in bridging creative campaign execution with structured operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: Plan, execute, and monitor end-to-end social media strategies across client accounts to build brand awareness and audience engagement.
Client Management: Function as a primary liaison for clients, managing communications, presenting deliverables, and maintaining long-term account satisfaction.
Creative & Team Coordination: Coordinate closely with design, content, and production teams to keep creative workflows aligned, organized, and on schedule.
Agency Operations: Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational functions, identifying process bottlenecks to streamline agency efficiency.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in social media management, operations, or account handling within an agency setting.
Proven track record in coordinating creative teams and handling direct client relationships.
Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
Availability to work full-time, on-site in Thane, Mumbai.
