Hiring: Sr. Solutions Architect – AWS & Snowflake
We are looking for an experienced Senior Solutions Architect with strong hands-on expertise in AWS, Snowflake, and Healthcare Data Solutions to design and deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance cloud architectures.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
Design and implement end-to-end cloud and data platform architectures using AWS and Snowflake.
Develop scalable solutions for healthcare payer and provider domains, including claims processing, clinical data integration, population health analytics, and regulatory reporting.
Architect AWS solutions using services such as S3, Lambda, EC2, Glue, Athena, Redshift, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, and Step Functions.
Design Snowflake data warehouses and Lakehouse solutions, including ETL/ELT pipelines, data ingestion, secure data sharing, and performance optimization.
Drive AI enablement initiatives using AWS Bedrock, Snowflake Cortex, MCPs, and LLM/OCR-based solutions.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA, HITECH, and CMS requirements.
Integrate healthcare systems using HL7, FHIR, X12/EDI, and CDA standards.
Define cloud architecture standards, security frameworks, DevSecOps practices, and data governance strategies.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and data architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership, conduct architecture reviews, and mentor engineering teams.
🔹 Mandatory Skills
10+ years of overall IT experience, with 8+ years in solution/cloud/data architecture.
5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake architecture and implementation.
Strong understanding of healthcare payer and provider business processes.
Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable, secure enterprise solutions.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
🔹 Preferred Skills
Healthcare interoperability standards: HL7, FHIR, X12/EDI, and CDA.
Healthcare data models, EMR/EHR integrations, claims, and clinical data processing.
Data warehousing, data lakes, Lakehouse architecture, and API integrations.
AI/LLM initiatives using AWS Bedrock, Snowflake Cortex, MCPs, or OCR technologies.
Knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, PHI/PII security, disaster recovery, and high availability.
